Most of the cells of our body repairs themselves and it's great to help them do this is in any way that is possible. So here are 5 night beauty tricks for a happy glowing skin.
Look at your feet:
Use a non-petroleum gel, or lotion and apply it all over your feet. Do not forget the inners of the fingers, and apply the gel everywhere, because we usually overlook this part of the body.
Brush your eyebrows and eye lashes:
We usually forget this part and just expose it to more beauty tricks of parlor procedures. So, to pamper them a little brush them before bed time, so that they are neat, and thus, you can have proper hair growth in those areas. Apply an eyebrow serum if you wish to.
Do not forget your face:
Well of course, ensure that you have a proper face wash, with a mild gel. Even better, wash it with a face serum to help the face skin nourish itself over night. Just pat the serum, and it doesn’t need to be washed.
You might pamper your bed a little as well:
To ensure that you get a good night’s sleep, you can always spray a scented spray on your bed. This will make your bed smell good, and will help your relax in the night
Keep your bedroom light:
Well, this is one is especially for those who are prone to wake up to dry skins. Turn on a humidifier in your bedroom which will help maintain the moisture in the room.
