Oatmeal Face Masks

1. Milk and Oatmeal Face Mask:

•    Take 1 tbsp whole rolled oats and add 2 tbsp whole milk. You can add 1/4 tsp cinnamon, if required.

•    Apply this mixture to face and neck and leave it sit for 20 minutes.

•    Wash off with lukewarm water.

2. Coconut Oil and Oatmeal Face Mask:

•    Mix 1 tbsp of coconut oil with lukewarm water in the bowl and stir till the oil melts.

•    Add 3 tbsp of oatmeal and make a smooth paste

•    Allow it to cool and apply this mixture to face and neck and leave it sit for 20 minutes.

•    Wash off with lukewarm water.

3. Yogurt and Oatmeal Face Mask:

Method of Preparation:

•    Add 1/3 cup oatmeal to 1/2 cup boiling water and mix.

•    Let it sit for 2 minutes and then add 2 tbsp yogurt, 2 tbsp honey, and one egg white

•    Allow the mixture to cool and apply this mixture to face and neck and leave it sit for 20 minutes.

•    Wash off with lukewarm water.
