The Hyderabad International Auto Show (HIAS) 2015 is back and promise to be bigger and better. HIAS is the biggest automobile exhibition in south India and second biggest in India in terms of footfalls.
It’s for those who worship beauties on wheels. Right from a Honda to Harley Davidson, from an i10 to a Rolls Royce you can find them all under one roof. Held on a bi-annual basis, this three day event celebrates the relation between man and machine.
If you are in Hyderabad during this time and also an automobile enthusiast, you shouldn’t miss HIAS. An indicator of its success, in 2011, the footfalls were in the range of 70,000 and above. This time around the organisers are confident of breaking the barrier of one lakh automobile enthusiasts from all over Hyderabad and outside.
This event is also where the who’s who of both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are seen in attendance, the last event was inaugurated by the then-chief minister of AP. A majority of Tollywood stars are also regular to the show.
Not surprising the automobile players and investors watch this event with keen interest. It attracts huge audience in the national mainstream media and all respected automobile blogs and forums. Name one automobile brand or any respected automobile media – they are connected with this event. Even the general interest mass media is always tracking HIAS.
This time the event plans to get bigger in terms of not just footfalls but even venues. It is slated to happen in Hyderabad and then in Vijayawada, in February and March respectively.
The show is managed by Vistas Entertainment, which has the backing of one of the most respected automobile services name in the two states, the Talwar Group. An extremely dedicated team of professional driven by Saral and Radhika Talwar has been instrumental in giving Hyderabad its most suave retail meets industry event.
